Abstract
Abstract A motor vehicle, especially a truck, with a cooling device for an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The cooling device comprises at least one heat exchanger which is mounted in an elevated position on top of or behind a cab of the vehicle. A liquid-collecting container is located at least beneath the heat exchanger of the cooling device to protect the vehicle occupants against scalding in the event the heat exchanger is damaged as in an accident.
