Abstract
Abstract An article having a substrate and a multilayer coating composition adhered thereto. The multilayer coating has a pigmented base film and deposited on the base film is a transparent coating which has no intermixing and no intersolution between the base coating and the transparent coating. The transparent coating is a cross linking resin containing hydroxyl groups obtained by esterifying polycarboxylic acids with polyols.
