A compound, characterized in that it has the general formula ##STR15## wherein R 1 and R 2 are groups independently selected from the group of hydrogen, alkyl straight or branched chains having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, aralkyl having from 7 to 9 carbon atoms, alkenyl having from 2 to 10 carbon atoms, phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by one to three substituents selected from halogen, including F, Cl and Br, lower alkyl having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, lower alkoxy having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, amine unsubstituted or substituted by one or two lower alkyl groups having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, --CF 3 and --CN groups, R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are groups independently selected from hydrogen, lower alkyl having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and phenyl, R 7 is a group selected from hydrogen, halogen including F, Cl and Br, lower alkoxy having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and --CF 3 groups, and X is O or S, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.

A compound, characterized in that it has the general formula ##STR15## wherein R 1 and R 2 are groups independently selected from the group of hydrogen, alkyl straight or branched chains having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl having from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, aralkyl having from 7 to 9 carbon atoms, alkenyl having from 2 to 10 carbon atoms, phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by one to three substituents selected from halogen, including F, Cl and Br, lower alkyl having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, lower alkoxy having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, amine unsubstituted or substituted by one or two lower alkyl groups having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, --CF 3 and --CN groups, R 3 , R 4 , R 5 and R 6 are groups independently selected from hydrogen, lower alkyl having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and phenyl, R 7 is a group selected from hydrogen, halogen including F, Cl and Br, lower alkoxy having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and --CF 3 groups, and X is O or S, and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
