Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 52 words
A method of producing SUS triglycerides which comprises cultivating cocoa bean cells by suspension cell culture in the presence of a cocoa bean cell growth supporting medium for a time and at a temperature sufficient to propagate said cells thereby forming SUS triglyceride metabolites and separating said triglycerides from the cell culture.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 52 words
A method of producing SUS triglycerides which comprises cultivating cocoa bean cells by suspension cell culture in the presence of a cocoa bean cell growth supporting medium for a time and at a temperature sufficient to propagate said cells thereby forming SUS triglyceride metabolites and separating said triglycerides from the cell culture.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 24 words
A method as in claim 1 wherein the fatty acid contained in said triglycerides comprise palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid.
Claim 4
Independent Claim 37 words
A method as in claims 1 or 2 wherein cocoa bean cotyledon is first grown on a solid or semisolid medium to form callus and then the callus resultant is subsequently subjected to said suspension cell culture.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 15 words
A method as in claim 3 wherein the solid or semisolid medium is agar based.
