Abstract
Abstract Disclosed is a liquid composition of diol bis (allyl carbonate) monomer and hexavalent chromium which may be polymerized by the addition of a polymerization initiating amount of an organic peroxide free radical polymerization initiator to yield a solid, green polymerizate having dispersed therethrough the reaction products of the diol bis (allyl carbonate) monomer, hexavalent chromium, and the organic peroxy free radical initiator.
