Abstract

Abstract Thermoplastic copolyester compositions prepared from combination of a bisphenol A polyester and a copolyester of poly(ethylene terephthalate) modified with 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol. The compositions are characterized by excellent melt processability, high impact strength, and flexural modulus that is higher than that of either of the polymers used in the preparation of the thermoplastic copolyester compositions.
