Abstract
Abstract Guanidinium salts having the formula ##STR1## wherein R 1 and R 2 are linear alkyl residues, X is an anion, and n is 1 or 2, which possess excellent microbicidal properties, particularly against organisms which have become resistant against other active materials. Methods for preparation of the compounds and solutions containing same are disclosed.
