Abstract
Abstract The affinity of wollastonite filler particles for thermoplastic aromatic polycarbonates is improved when the surface of the particles is passivated by a combined content of a aryl epoxy compound. Thermoplastic molded products containing such particles possess superior modulus, and very satisfactory tensile strength, impact strength and elongation, with a substantial saving in cost.
