Abstract
Abstract A means is disclosed for preventing the generation of wrinkles in wound rolls of web material. Wrinkles tend to form in wound rolls after an indefinite time of storage and growth of such post-forming wrinkles is eliminated by insertion of an interleaf of material into the outer layers of the rolled web.
