Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 8
Claim 1
Independent Claim 61 words
A process comprising passing an aqueous suspension of a mixture of B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes through a bed of synthetic polymeric granules having a diameter of from 0.1 to 5 mm at a temperature of from about 4° C. to about 25° C. whereby the B lymphocytes become adhered to the granules and the T lymphocytes pass through the bed.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 61 words
A process comprising passing an aqueous suspension of a mixture of B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes through a bed of synthetic polymeric granules having a diameter of from 0.1 to 5 mm at a temperature of from about 4° C. to about 25° C. whereby the B lymphocytes become adhered to the granules and the T lymphocytes pass through the bed.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 16 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the pH of the suspension is from 6.9 to 7.5.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 15 words
The process of claim 2 wherein the suspension contains from 1 to 10 percent serum.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 23 words
The process of claim 3 wherein the granules are made of a synthetic polymer selected from the class consisting of polyamides and polyesters.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 12 words
The process of claim 4 wherein the synthetic polymer is a polyamide.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 11 words
The process of claim 5 wherein the polyamide is polyhexamethylene adipamide.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 12 words
The process of claim 4 wherein the synthetic polymer is a polyester.
