Abstract N-Benzoyl-N'-tert.-alkoxycarbonylphenyl-(thio) ureas of the formula ##STR1## in which R 1 represents halogen or alkyl, R 2 and R 3 independently of one another represent hydrogen or halogen, R 4 represents alkyl, R 5 and R 6 either individually represent alkyl or together represent α,ω-alkanediyl and X represents oxygen or sulphur, which possess arthropodicidal properties.
