Abstract
Abstract A method of suspension polymerization is carried out by dispersing vinyl chloride in an aqueous medium in the presence of an oil soluble catalyst for polymerization and a polymerization improver having units <IMAGE> wherein M represents hydrogen atom or an alkali metal; R represents -H, -CH3, -C2H5, -C3H7 or -C4H9 and n represents an integer of 10 to 1500.
