Abstract
Abstract A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material which comprises a support and at least one silver halide emulsion layer on said support, wherein at least one of said emulsion layers contains a hydrophobic phenol type or naphthol type cyan dye forming coupler and at least one coupler solvent represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each represent a branched chain alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms and may be the same or different provided that the sum total of carbon atoms in the molecule is 24 to 40.

The light-sensitive material of claim 1, wherein the cyan coupler is represented by the formula (II) or (III) ##STR16## wherein R 4 represents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an acylamido group, a sulfonamido group, an acid amide group or a carbamoyl group; and R 5 , R 6 and R 7 represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group, an alkylthio group, a heterocyclic group, an amino group, a carbonamido group, a sulfonamido group, a sulfamoyl group or a carbamoyl group; and X represents a hydrogen atom or a group which is released upon coupling.
