Abstract

Abstract A microwave terminating structure is disclosed wherein a strip conductor formed on a dielectric support has one end adapted for coupling to a transmission line being terminated and a resistive load, disposed on the dielectric support, connected between the ends of the strip conductor. Disposed on one side of the dielectric support is a ground plane for the strip conductor. With such arrangement, the resistive load is disposed on the surface of the dielectric support enabling the substantially planar structure to be formed.
