Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 14
Claim 1
Independent Claim 98 words
A synthetic polyamide or polyester fiber having deposited thereon a composition consisting essentially of a mixture of (1) a major amount of a polyoxyalkylene ether compound lubricant and (2) a minor effective amount of stabilizer sufficient to prevent oxidative degradation of said lubricant upon exposure to heat in the presence of oxides of nitrogen, said stabilizer a reaction product of one mole of dicyclopentadiene, at least one mole of p-cresol and at least one-half mole of isobutylene wherein the amount of stabilizer ranges from about 0.05 to about 0.45 weight percent based on the weight of the lubricant.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 98 words
Claim 3
