Abstract
Abstract A brace, limiting movement of the wrist of a user, is disclosed. A bar with padded supports bears on the back of the hand and the forearm of the user when the bar is secured to the arm of the user. The point at which the bar is secured to the arm is designed to operate as the fulcrum of a simple lever, thus amplifying the efficiency of the brace. An adjustable strap, with a releasable latch means, secures the bar to the arm of the user.
