Abstract

Abstract A heat exchanger fabricated from a plurality of plates arranged in spaced parallel relation with one another and assembled as a stack between pressure plates. The assembled stack of plates have top, bottom, and side cover members with one of the side covers having a liquid inlet and a vapor outlet. The liquid inlet is provided with a float control nozzle mechanism, that under certain conditions, will restrict or limit the flow of liquid to the plate members.
