Claim 3
Dependent Claim 22 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the predetermined level of the dissolved oxygen in the bath is between 2.5 and 3.5 ppm.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 17 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the temperature of the bath is between 70° and 80° C.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 17 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the temperature of the bath is between 70° and 75° C.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 18 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the temperature of the bath is maintained within 0.5° of 73° C.

Dependent Claim 20 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the pH of the bath is maintained within the range of 11.6 and 11.8.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 13 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the electroless process is a continuous process.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 17 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the specific gravity of the bath is between 1.060 and 1.080.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 36 words
