Abstract
Abstract Tetraethylorthosilicate or tetraethoxyethylorthosilicate is employed as a low-toxicity diluent in radiation curable coating compositions containing acrylyl or methacrylyl functional oligomer. The orthosilicate compound imparts improved leveling and surface characteristics to said coating compositions.
