Abstract
Abstract The head of a golf putter has a body elongated in the longitudinal direction and having a striking portion with a strike face extending in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the body. An extension of the longitudinal axis of the shaft of the putter passes through the center of mass of the head but the shaft itself is connected to the head by means of a connector member having a portion which extends upwardly from the head in a direction normal to both the longitudinal and transverse directions, and a second portion connecting the first portion with the shaft.
