Abstract

Abstract Aqueous coating compositions comprising a blocked organic polyisocyanate and a resin containing active hydrogen atoms and quaternary ammonium groups are disclosed. The resin is prepared by the reaction of a polyepoxide with an amine-acid salt. These compositions deposit on the cathode to provide coatings having excellent properties.
