Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to the high tension voltage source using a blocking oscillation circuit, wherein a switching transistor is cut off at a certain preset current value through a primary winding of a step-up transformer, thereby producing an output of almost constant voltage by use of this simple circuit, while reducing power consumption. This invention is applicable as a D.C. high tension voltage source for electrostatic dust collectors, namely cottrells.
