A method for combatting inflammatory processes in a mammal which comprises administering an effective dose less than the toxic amount of a compound of the formula ##STR2## wherein R 1 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxyalkyl of 2 to 4 carbon atoms or allyl, and R 2 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxyalkyl of 2 to 4 carbon atoms or allyl to said mammal.
