Abstract

Abstract A skateboard comprises an elongated platform and at least one pair of wheels secured to and positioned beneath the platform. The wheels are axially spaced apart from each other along a common axis transverse to the longitudinal center line of the platform. Each wheel defines a circular cylindrical tread surface where the axially inner edge and the axially outer edge of the cylindrical tread surface have a radius of from about 1/8to about 1/2 inch.
