Abstract

Abstract A thin-layer chromatographic plate for use with solvents utilizing a substrate having a supporting surface. An adsorbent layer of material is deposited on the supporting surface of the substrate. The adsorbent layer includes a surface separated from the substrate supporting surface which has markings selectively applied to indicate desired positions on the surface of the adsorbent layer.
