Claim 1
Independent Claim
67 words
In a process in which a particulate peroxygen compound, selected from the group consisting of sodium carbonate peroxide, sodium perborate and mixtures thereof, is coated with a stabilizing agent, the improvement which comprises mixing the particulate peroxygen with about 0.1 to about 3.0 weight percent of a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of from 300 to 1,500 and recovering a stabilized, polyethylene glycol-coated peroxygen compound.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
Claim 3
Dependent Claim
22 words
In the process of claim 1 wherein the particulate peroxygen is coated with 0.5 to 2.0 weight percent of said polyethylene glycol.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
27 words
The process of claim 1 wherein the particulate peroxygen is a mixture of sodium carbonate peroxide and sodium perborate in a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:2.
