Abstract
Abstract The invention provides thermoplastic molding compositions and shaped articles made therefrom having improved antistatic properties, which comprise an antistatic agent a tricomponent mixture of a quaternary ammonium salt, a partial ester of a polyol and an organic acid, and an inorganic or organic compound containing an ammonium, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal ion. This antistatic agent is especially efficient and does not adversely affect the processability and the physical properties of the molding compositions.
