Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 2
Claim 1
Independent Claim 77 words
A semiconductor device comprising a silicon semiconductor body having a first layer of N type conductivity and a second layer of P type conductivity adjacent to said first layer so as to form a PN junction between said first and second layers, said second layer having a higher resistivity than that of the first layer, and said second layer being doped with cadmium for imparting a short reverse recovery time of the PN junction to the device.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 77 words
A semiconductor device comprising a silicon semiconductor body having a first layer of N type conductivity and a second layer of P type conductivity adjacent to said first layer so as to form a PN junction between said first and second layers, said second layer having a higher resistivity than that of the first layer, and said second layer being doped with cadmium for imparting a short reverse recovery time of the PN junction to the device.
