Abstract
Abstract A resistance material consisting of a mixture of metal oxide and/or metal oxidic compounds and any metals with a binder, which material comprises a metal rhodate of the type M 3 Rh 7 O 15 , by way of resistance determining component. This material has a small negative TCR which is substantially constant in a large temperature range.
