Abstract
Abstract A condensation product of a polyepoxide with a monoalcohol or monocarboxylic acid is reacted with a monoisocyanatoallyl or methallyl carbamate to form a novel compound which can be mixed with a vinyl monomer to form a radiation hardenable lacquer composition.
