Abstract
Abstract Amino derivatives of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-oxopyrido[2,3-b]pyrazine carboxylic acid and esters and their acid addition salts which have the general formula ##STR1## are useful as anti-inflammatory agents and central nervous system depressants.
