Abstract
Abstract The compounds are substituted S-(aminoalkyl)isothioureas which are histamine H2-antagonists. Two specific compounds of the present invention are S-[6-(N'-methylthioureido)hexyl]isothiourea and S-[5-(N'-cyano-N''-methylguanidino)pentyl]isothiourea.
