Abstract
Abstract A method of manufacturing a supported metal phthalocyanine catalyst is disclosed. An aqueous dispersion of a metal phthalocyanine comprising a soluble acid amide is prepared, and a solid adsorptive support contacted therewith at conditions to adsorb at least a catalytic amount of said metal phthalocyanine thereon. The resulting composite is subsequently dried.
