Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to novel neomycin and paromomycin derivatives having antibiotic activity. The derivatives have the formula: ##STR1## wherein R' is --NH 2 or --OH, either R 2 or R 3 is --CH 2 NH 2 and the other is hydrogen, and in addition non-toxic pharmaceutically acid addition salts of these compounds can be used.
