Abstract
Abstract Silylamine hydrochlorides are prepared by reacting a silane of the formula (RO)nR'3-nSiR''Cl with at least two moles of an amine and thereafter volatilizing the amine to obtain a hydrochloride of the formula (RO)nR'3-nSiR''NR'''2.HCl.
