Abstract

Abstract Adherence of polyvinylchloride coatings to substrates such as metal, glass, and ceramics is improved by using as the coating composition a copolymer of polyvinylchloride admixed with monoalkyl-monyaryl, dialkyl, or diaryl tin bismercaptocarboxylic acid ester of polyvalent alcohol. The composition adheres directly to the substrate.
