Abstract
Abstract Benzene derivative of the formula: <IMAGE> wherein R and R1 each represent an aliphatic hydrocarbon group optionally substituted by halogen or alkoxy, R2 and R3 each represent hydrogen or methyl, and R4 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkanoylamino optionally substituted by cycloalkyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, alkoxycarbonylamino, alkanoyl, benzyl or N-methylmethanesulphonylamino, possess anthelmintic and anti-viral activity. New compounds within that formula also possess fungicidal properties.
