Claim 1
Independent Claim
84 words
A urethane polythiol prepared by admixing and reacting at 0°-100° C: (a) a di- or trihydric polythiol having the formula ##STR16## in which R 4 is a saturated trivalent hydrocarbon moiety having 12-24 carbon atoms and n is 1-2; and (b) a diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of ##STR17## , and OCN--CH 2 (CH 2 ) 4 CH 2 --NCO, the diisocyanate and the di- or trihydric polythiol being admixed in amounts to provide 1 equivalent of --NCO per 0.5-2 equivalent of --OH.
Claim 2

Claim 3
Dependent Claim
14 words
The urethane polythiol of claim 1 in which the reaction temperature is 15°-40° C.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
31 words
The urethane polythiol of claim 1 in which the diisocyanate and the di- or trihydric polythiol are admixed in amounts to provide an equivalent ratio of --NCO to --OH of 1:0.5-1.2.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
12 words
The urethane polythiol of claim 1, in which the diisocyanate is ##STR18##
Claim 6
Dependent Claim
