Abstract A symphyseal-rami endosteal implant comprises a symphysis blade, at least one ramus blade, and at least one intermediate member. The symphysis blade has a first portion adapted to be received in the symphysis bone and a second portion defining at least one projecting post. The ramus blade has a first portion adapted to be received in a ramus bone and a second portion defining a rod adapted to extend generally parallel to the occlusal plane when the ramus blade first portion is received in the ramus bone. The intermediate member has generally vertically aligned first and second portions, the first portion being adapted to engage, slide longitudinally with respect to, and be secured to a length of the rod and the second portion being adapted to engage and be secured to an associated symphysis blade post.
