Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 9
Claim 1
Independent Claim 92 words
A pumpable, aqueous suspension comprising at least about 20 weight % of an organic peroxide, which is solid at about 20° C., at least about 0.2 weight % of a nonionic emulsifier having a maximum HLB-value of 12.5 and an emulsifier selected from the group consisting of nonionic emulsifiers having a minimum HLB-value of 12.5, and anionic emulsifiers, said nonionic emulsifier of minimum HLB-value of 12.5 present in an amount of at least about 0.2 weight %, and said anionic emulsifier present in an amount of at least about 0.01 weight %.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 92 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 13 words
A composition as in claim 1 wherein the organic peroxide is a peroxydicarbonate.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 11 words
A composition as in claim 1 additionally containing a thickening agent.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 23 words
A composition as in claim 3 containing 0.05 to 10.0 weight % of thickening agent based on the total weight of the composition.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 42 words
A composition as in claim 1 characterized in that the nonionic emulsifier with maximum HLB of 12.5 is nonylphenol polyethylene oxide ether, a linear alcohol polyethylene oxide ether, a fatty alcohol polyethylene oxide ether, sorbitan monolaurate or sorbitan monooleate polyethylene oxide ether.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 31 words
A composition as in claim 1 characterized in that the nonionic emulsifier having a minimum HLB of 12.5 is a nonylphenyl polyethylene oxide ether, or a linear alcohol polyethylene oxide ether.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 13 words
A composition as in claim 1 wherein the anionic emulsifier is sodium-dodecylbenzene sulphonate.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 18 words
A composition as in claim 3 wherein the thickening agent is polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, or methyl cellulose.
