Abstract
Abstract The invention concerns grafted mineral carriers comprising oxides, hydroxides and other insoluble, porous mineral compounds, upon which are grafted haloalkylsilane groups which may or may not be substituted and whose alkyl residue comprises from 3 to 11 carbon atoms. They are used as industrial catalyst carriers, in chromatography and more particularly for fixing enzymes.
