Abstract
Abstract An extraction forceps for upper molars is disclosed, including a pair of arms each having an end portion. Each end portion has a tooth-engaging jaw formed with two claws defining between themselves a recess. The arms are pivotally connected so that the jaws can pivot relative to one another in two laterally spaced planes about a pivot axis which extends skew to an imaginary line passing through the recesses of the two jaws.
