An aromatic compoumd having the formula: ##STR3## in which, A in the heterocyclic group is selected from the group consisting of O and S; R 1 , r 2 , r 3 , and R 4 , which may be identical or different, are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy and lower alkoxylidene; R 5 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower alkyl, and nitro; n is an integer from 1 to 3; and R 6 and R 7 which are identical or different lower alkyl groups; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts of the amino group; said compound being in the form of the cis isomer, the trans isomer or mixtures thereof.
