Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 3
Claim 1
Independent Claim 76 words
An as-sintered, non-cold worked silver cadmium oxide alloy comprising about 70% to about 95% silver about 30% to about 5% cadmium oxide, and a quantity of the thermal decomposition product of from about 0.05% to about 0.5% of an additive selected from the group consisting of the alkali metal and alkaline earth metal salts of nitric acid, said alloy being characterized by an as-sintered density of about 99% of theoretical, and enhanced tensile strength and toughness.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 76 words
An as-sintered, non-cold worked silver cadmium oxide alloy comprising about 70% to about 95% silver about 30% to about 5% cadmium oxide, and a quantity of the thermal decomposition product of from about 0.05% to about 0.5% of an additive selected from the group consisting of the alkali metal and alkaline earth metal salts of nitric acid, said alloy being characterized by an as-sintered density of about 99% of theoretical, and enhanced tensile strength and toughness.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 21 words
The alloy of claim 1 wherein said alloy contains about 85% silver and about 85% silver and about 15% cadmium oxide.
