A lintel structure comprising: a. an elongated flat plate; and b. an elongated rigidifying one piece tubular beam of unitary endless cross section fixedly attached to one of the planar surfaces of said elongated flat plate, said elongated rigidifying tubular beam means disposed to extend longitudinally on said elongated flat plate intermediate the opposite longitudinal edges thereof.
