Abstract
Abstract A catalytic composite of a high surface area refractory inorganic oxide containing rhodium and ruthenium impregnated thereon in a weight ratio of from about 1:1 to about 2:1, said rhodium comprising from about 0.02 to about 0.10 wt. % of said catalytic composite. The catalytic composite is particularly useful in the treatment of exhaust gases to convert nitrogen oxides to nitrogen.
