Abstract
Abstract Explosive compositions utilizing binders which are soluble in water or which hydrolyze under dilute acidic or basic conditions to yield non-toxic products are disclosed. The use of such binders permits one to readily remove the compositions from obsolete warheads or the like. The explosive filler can be reclaimed.
