Abstract
Abstract A system for transfer between work stations comprising a guided truck having guide wire sensors for detecting an electric current in a guide wire extending between the work stations. The truck is adapted to perform loading and unloading operations, and to depart, stop, travel, back and forth and return to its home base in response to signals from the sensors. A central control unit containing a sequence programmer is also provided.
