Abstract

Abstract A flexible solid desiccant body is disclosed comprising finely divided particles of desiccant material, such as molecular sieve, homogeneously distributed and bound in a moisture transmissive aliphatic epoxy polymer matrix. The desiccant bodies are especially adapted for use as drier materials in refrigerant fluid systems. The flexible bodies are shaped in various sheet, tubular, rod and other forms and can be placed at various locations in refrigerant fluid systems.
