Abstract
Abstract Polymeric materials which comprise a hydroxyalkyl ester of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, a monoethylenically α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, and an alkyl ester or esters of acrylic and/or methacrylic acid are partially-neutralized, isolated, and powdered to give useful powder coating compositions.
